How will the NPQSL benefit you?
L4NE and St. Bede’s Teaching School Alliance are offering the NPQSL - designed to support you in becoming a highly effective senior leader with the skills, confidence and knowledge to contribute to the strategic development of your school. The programme involves authentic school improvement activities relating to your leadership role and your school’s improvement priorities – allowing you to show evidence of the impact of your leadership and delivering real benefits to you and your organisation.
Who is it for?
NPQSL has been developed for leaders who are leading beyond a team with the responsibilities and accountabilities associated with a senior leadership role and for those middle leaders ambitious to achieve promotion.
